As the Managing Director and lead Financial Advisor at the Casper, Wyoming Agility office, Courtney devotes her time to steering clients on the path to financial freedom and success. Her mission is to elevate Financial Advising by personalizing investment management and financial planning practices to help guide clients towards their financial goals. She prides herself in delivering high standards of client service, and invites local clients to attend multiple events and seminars throughout the year.

Courtney is an active member in the community currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming. She is also a mentor for Rollins College’s Women in Finance Mentor Program, periodically mentoring young women interested in careers in Finance. Courtney also oversees Agility’s internship program in the summer. Courtney earned her MBA at Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business and was named Valedictorian. She also earned her BSBA Finance degree at the University of Central Florida and was named Summa Cum Laude.

As the daughter of Agility’s founder, Paul Wood, Courtney is proud to be part of the next generation of Financial Advisors at Agility Wealth Management. She also works alongside her husband, Mark, who joined Agility in 2023. Courtney and Mark enjoy traveling and spending time with their fur children, Woody (goldendoodle) and Tony (cat).
