Financial Advisor
I am a retired Lt. Colonel with 22 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. I obtained my Bachelors Degree (BBA) from the University of Georgia in 1972 and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Business from the University of Wyoming in 1976.
I am a graduate of Squadron Officers School, Air Command and Staff College, Marine Corps Command and Staff College, and the Air University.
After retiring from the military, my wife Toni and I settled in the Atlantic Beach, Florida area where we are active in our community. I currently serve as a Board of Director for the Oceanside Rotary, and am a former board member for Selva Marina Country Club, and NE Florida Estate Planning Council, and the St. Andrews Church Foundation.
I began my career in the financial industry in 1994 with Primerica. I joined Raymond James & Associates in 1997 when opened the 1st local Raymond James & Associates branch in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
This was a natural progression in my career to better serve my clients. I transitioned to Raymond James Financial Services as an independent advisor in 2004, when I opened Pesterfield Capital Management. In 2007 I joined Paul Ross in opening Eleven Atlantic, LLC, as an independent financial services team.
I currently hold FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 26, 31, 51, 63, and 65 licenses. I also hold Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses with the State of Florida, as well as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® (with plaque design) and CFP® (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
It is my sincere desire to help my clients identify, plan for and meet their financial goals.
Can we be of assistance to you and your family?
